I consider myself solution focused and strength based. I enjoy working with clients that have identified a need for counseling, and want to work on problem solving, improving communication, self esteem, goal setting, adjusting to life changes, stress management, improving positive coping strategies, parenting, life in general! I offer a comfortable and non-threatening environment, and a judgement free zone. I am compassionate, empathetic, and have myself been through many difficult life situations and have “come out on the other side” – I can offer guidance, acceptance, strategies and understanding! I know how difficult it can be to take the first step in admitting there is a problem, and how scary it is to trust in someone with your personal struggles.
